How long does delivery take?+
We hand-craft your backpack in 1–2 days and ship in 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $46.
Can I change the name spelling later?+
Yes! As long as we haven't started stitching (usually within 12h of order), email us and we'll update it.
Is it machine washable?+
We recommend gentle hand wash with cold water to keep the embroidery looking perfect for years.
What sizes are available?+
Small (ages 2–4, 9"×11") and Medium (ages 5–8, 11"×14"). Both fit a lunchbox and a water bottle.
Do you offer returns?+
30-day returns on unused bags. Personalized names can't be undone, but if there's a defect we'll replace it free.
